Job summary

EquipmentShare in Poway, CA is hiring a Yard Technician to help keep the rental yard organized, safe, and efficient. You will inspect equipment before and after use, document movements, assist with routine maintenance, load/unload gear, and keep inventory up to date while upholding our safety standards.

This role operates Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM with overtime potential and on-call duties, offering a path to grow within a fast-paced, tech-driven construction company focused on safer,

Qualifications

Safety training and PPE required where applicable.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

Inspect and report equipment condition before and after usage.
Document incoming and outgoing equipment.
Assist with routine inspections, repairs, maintenance and equipment cleaning.
Demonstrate, load and unload equipment.
Maintain equipment inventory systems per standard procedures.
Maintain a safe and hazard-free workplace.
Uphold EquipmentShare culture and customer experience.
Assist with other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
