Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of warehouse, delivery, or routing experience.
• At least 1 year in operations management or related role.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize efficiently.
• Able to communicate and interact in a positive and professional manner.
• Attention to accuracy and detail.
• Knowledge of equipment rental operations and loading equipment.

Responsibilities

• Train yard workers on safety and equipment functions within the yard.
• Supervise yard workers to ensure safety and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain yard operations and staff coordination.
• Perform routine maintenance: change oil, lubrication, and inspections.
• Load and unload equipment and assist with transfers.
• Instruct customers on equipment operation and safety.
• Record service or repair activities and coordinate with inside sales regarding rentals.
