Job summary

Garton Tractor in Tulare, CA is seeking a Yard/Maintenance worker to keep the store and equipment clean and attractively displayed. You will monitor equipment movements and assist with organization under the Service Manager and General Manager's guidance.

Responsibilities include safety checks, equipment in/out verification, and routine maintenance tasks. This role supports yard upkeep, inventory cleanliness, and orderly operations in a busy retail/store environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a positive attitude and willingness to work hard at all times.
• Safety: Safely loading and unloading trucks while checking for accuracy and damage.
• Checking all equipment in and out. Verifying serial numbers, etc.
• Completing DAR’s and inspections on all new equipment arrivals.
• Performing PDI’s as assigned by the Service Manager.
• Repair of Mules/RTVs as assigned by the Service Manager.
• Setup and detailing of equipment as assigned by the Service Manager.
• Keeping equipment clean and arranged in the yard with an appealing display.
• Keeping GT vehicles clean as assigned by the Service Manager.
• Maintain the property: weeds sprayed and removed, clutter and trash removed, etc.
