Job summary

TranSource Truck & Equipment, Inc. is seeking Equipment & Yard Maintenance Technicians to wash, detail, and prepare units for delivery. The role involves maintaining a clean yard, moving equipment, and assisting multiple departments with various tasks.

Applicants should be able to lift up to 50 pounds, work outdoors in varied weather, and pass pre-employment screenings. Forklift experience is a plus and training is provided where needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in equipment washing, detailing, landscaping, maintenance, or general labor is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work indoors/outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Wash, clean, and detail trucks, trailers, construction equipment, and agricultural equipment.
• Pressure wash equipment and prepare units for customer delivery and display.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional equipment yard.
• Move trucks and equipment safely around the yard as needed.
• Assist with loading and unloading equipment.
• Perform general facility and grounds maintenance (mowing, trimming, snow removal, seasonal duties).
• Keep buildings, parking lots, and sidewalks clean and presentable.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment safely (training provided).
• Assist Parts, Service, Sales, and Warehouse departments with miscellaneous tasks.
• Follow all safety policies and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
