Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience performing service repairs.
• Ability to perform basic repairs following Technical Manual procedures.
• Proficient knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems in ag and turf equipment.
• Ability to use Service Advisor and basic computer functions.
• Ability to operate diagnostic vehicles and equipment.
• Proficient oral and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Fork lift license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Service Manager and technicians in efficient operation of the department.
• Cleans, organizes and maintains shop and yard, vehicles, inventory, tools, and equipment.
• Assists service technicians, including delivery of parts.
• Assists with repairing, servicing and moving equipment.
• Accountable for billable time and assigned work orders.
• Ensures complete documentation of diagnostics and repairs and timely submittal.
• May participate in Service EDUCATE Training programs.
• Operates and maintains vehicles, tools and equipment needed for duties.
• Maintains a clean, neat, orderly work area.
• Follows all safety rules and regulations.
