Job summary

Five Star Equipment in Dunmore, PA is seeking a Yard Utility Coordinator to manage all company equipment in the yard, ensure proper paperwork, and support rental, service and sales teams.

You will work with carriers and vendors to provide excellent customer service, maintain the yard, track inventory, and keep equipment ready for use. The role requires 2–3 years of experience with construction equipment and a valid driver's license, and you must be able to work outside in varying conditions.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience with large construction equipment, forklift and high-pressure washers.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work outside for long periods.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to multi-task.
• Self-motivated with good time/resource management.
• Flexible hours and varied environmental conditions.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Clean and detail construction equipment; keep yard and shop organized.
• Move machines around yard safely.
• Park and present equipment on the yard.
• Inspect machines returned by customers; assist technicians and drivers.
• Pressure wash, clean equipment; operate forklift as needed.
• Maintain grounds and monitor inventory.
• Assess readiness of machines to perform.
• Take pictures of machinery as needed.
• Complete paperwork for incoming/outgoing rentals and equipment.
• Occasionally handle phone calls.
• Perform general building and yard maintenance.
• Load/unload trucks with yard equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
