Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• MVR record must be acceptable; CDL preferred.
• Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills required.
• Strong sense of urgency with ability to meet deadlines.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractor to reposition trailers safely and efficiently.
• Perform and document pre- and post-trip inspections.
• Interact with operations management and shipping/receiving.
• Read, interpret, and follow work orders, safety instructions.
• Maintain overall yard order and assist in minor repairs as needed.
