Job summary

Clean Harbors is hiring a hard-working laborer in Kimball, NE to support industrial waste management and site operations. You will perform manual tasks, operate basic equipment, and work in a safety-conscious team environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, prior industrial labor experience, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, pass a respirator fit test, and be willing to work rotating day/night shifts. Valid US DL preferred.

• DOT Training is required.
• Respirator fit test upon hire; clean-shaven face required.
• Must be able to work rotating shifts (Days/Nights).

Job description

• High school diploma or equivalent- required
• Previous experience with industrial or manual labor
• Yellow-Iron HEO: Payloader, backhoe, front/back end loader, excavator etc.
• Ability to work in adverse environments (cold/heat)
• Ability to work in team environment
• DOT Training
• Proficiency in Windows based applications
• Climb on and off forklifts
• Ability to perform multiple tasks
• Lifting up to 50 lbs. from the ground to your waste
• Climb up and down vertical ladders
• Capable of reaching out, over and down exerting a force
• 20/20 eyesight corrected or uncorrected - depth perception is critical
• 10 pushups, deep knee squats and sit-ups (to determine if fit)
• Good hand/eye coordination
• Punctuality and attendance consistent
• Respirator fit test upon hire- clean shaven face required (mustache okay!)
• An excellent commitment to health and safety
• Accountability; punctuality
