Responsibilities

• Assist customers with orders
• Direct customer traffic to appropriate areas
• Fill customer orders in a timely manner
• Resolve customer issues, problems and concerns
• Read and understand invoices and order tags
• Traffic control of main parking lot and yard
• Use of 2 way radio to communicate in the yard
• Stock lumber to appropriate area/rack
• Stock other products to appropriate area/rack
• Maintain clear aisles and remove wrapping materials
• Follow safety practices and use PPE when appropriate
