What You'll Be Doing:

• Assisting customers with loading materials and filling orders.
• Directing customers to the appropriate areas of the yard.
• Reading invoices and order tags to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Helping maintain a safe, organized, and efficient yard.
• Stocking lumber and building materials.
• Communicating with team members using radios and other tools.
• Safely operating forklifts and equipment (training available for the right candidate).
• Working together with coworkers to keep operations running smoothly.
• Helping solve customer questions and concerns with a positive attitude.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous yard, warehouse, construction, lumber, landscaping, delivery, or outdoor labor experience is helpful but not required.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to follow directions and work safely.
• Forklift experience is a plus, but not required.

Physical Requirements:

• Working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Standing, walking, and moving throughout the day.
