Job summary

As a Yard Coordinator, you're the person who makes sure every machine is clean, staged, and ready - whether it's heading into the shop, out on a rental, or being picked up by a customer. It's physical, hands-on work outdoors, and it matters every single day.

What you'll do:

You'll pressure wash equipment before and after service and rentals, stage machines for the service and rental departments, maintain organized attachment displays, assist with inventory counts, and support the team wherever the day takes you. No two days are exactly the same, but the standard stays the same: the yard is clean, organized, and ready for business.
