About the Team
We conduct hundreds of live auctions annually worldwide. Our team includes equipment inspectors, yard managers, operators, administrative staff, and customer service reps, all working together to ensure successful multi-million dollar auctions.
Job Description
At IAA, an RB Global, Inc. company, Yard Attendants work outdoors, are detail-oriented, and often passionate about cars. Safety is a priority, but efficiency and quick operation are also essential. This role involves learning new technologies and being at the forefront of the auction industry.
A Day In The Life
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required. Physical demands include lifting up to 50 lbs frequently and over 100 lbs occasionally. Must be alert to hazards and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Mechanical knowledge or experience in automotive, rental, or construction fields is a plus but not required.
