Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Porter / Yard Worker to station and retrieve equipment on-site, maintain maintenance schedules, and inspect gear before and after rental to ensure specs are met.

The role requires basic tools experience, good communication, and a safety-focused mindset. Benefits include health plans, 401(k) match and Paid Time Off, with starting hourly pay in the published range.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with common construction and industrial tools preferred.
• Some experience and/or training in repair of mechanical equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Station and retrieve equipment on location.
• Maintain a written maintenance schedule and service equipment as necessary to ensure equipment meets specifications.
• Inspect equipment prior to and after rental to document any lost or damaged equipment.
