Job summary

Master Halco, a leading Fence & Deck Supply company, is seeking a Yard Associate at our West Bridgewater branch. You will load and stage materials, manage yard stock, and assist customers with forklift operations in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 1+ year warehouse/yard experience, ability to lift up to 60lbs, and willingness to work overtime. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year warehouse/yard experience.
• Able to lift/move heavy materials up to 60 lbs.
• Forklift experience (sit-down) highly desired.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic math.
• Overtime required when needed.

Responsibilities

• Load trucks accurately for outgoing shipments.
• Inbound material receiving and put away.
• Pull and prepare orders for shipment.
• Rotate yard stock and move materials using a forklift.
• Maintain clean and safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team to ensure branch success and excellent customer service.

Master Halco: Fence & Deck Supply, North America’s leading manufacturer/distributor of fence and deck products is seeking a Yard Associate at our branch office.

This position performs an array of functions including:

• Review order documents to prepare for accurate product pulling for customers.
• Daily expectations: 70% Drive forklift loading/unloading trailers. 30% Manually sorting and staging material in the yard.
• Safely use a forklift.
• Maintain yard stock in a clean and organized manner.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year experience in a warehouse/yard position.
• Able to lift/move heavy materials (up to 60lbs) on occasion.
• Forklift experience (sitdown) highly desired.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic math functions required.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.Experience with building materials a plus.
