The right candidate has 10+ years in yacht services, proven management experience in a boatyard, and proficiency in estimating, billing, and crew performance

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years direct yacht industry experience.
• Experience supervising 8–15 technicians with varied trades.
• Experience estimating jobs, invoicing, and managing profitability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage operations for a new Ft Lauderdale location.
• Hire and supervise technicians across multiple trades.
• Estimate jobs, generate invoices, and monitor crew performance and profitability.
• Communicate effectively with Yacht Captains, Engineers, and Owners.
