Manatee Pocket Yacht Sales in Stuart, FL is seeking a Yacht Broker for a full-time, hybrid role. You will prospect leads, list and market vessels, coordinate showings, and guide clients through buying and selling processes to completion.

You will prepare agreements, offers, and purchase documents, align surveys and sea trials, and work with lenders, insurers, and title/closing services to ensure smooth transactions. Travel to marinas and events as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and closing deals with clients in a service industry.
• Familiarity with cruising, fishing, and sailing yachts and major manufacturers.

Responsabilités

• Prospect and qualify leads for yacht sales.
• List and market vessels for sale and coordinate showings.
• Guide clients through buying and selling processes and prepare listing agreements.
• Coordinate surveys, sea trials, and inspections with lenders, insurers, and title services.
• Represent Manatee Pocket Yacht Sales at marinas, boat shows and events to generate new business.
