Job summary

Sea Ray Boats, part of Brunswick Boat Group, is seeking an Assembler/Fitter/Installer for our large yacht manufacturing facility. Duties include installing electrical bilge, deck, dash, cabinets, floors, cockpits, benches, and other installations.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 2–3 years of boat-building experience. Fitting and installing experience, working knowledge of hand tools, and the ability to lift heavy objects are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 2–3 years of boat building experience preferred.
• Fitting and installing experience required.
• Working knowledge of common hand tools required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Install Electrical Bilge, Deck, Dash, Finish, cabinets, floors, cockpits, benches and other installations.
• Install interior elements with emphasis on final finish and cosmetics.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
