Job summary

Sea Ray, part of Brunswick, is seeking a skilled boat builder to join our Merritt Island facility. You will perform installation tasks including cabinets, floors, cockpits and benches, with a focus on final finish elements and cosmetics.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years of boat building experience preferred.
• Fitting and installing experience.
• Working knowledge of hand tools.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and multi-task.
• Ability to read and understand prints and production schedules.
• Ability to work with suspended loads and heavy lifting.

Responsibilities

• Install cabinets, floors, cockpits, benches, and other installation tasks.
• Install front-of-the-line interior work with emphasis on final finish elements and cosmetic aspects.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
