Job summary

Brunswick Boat Group in Edgewater, FL is seeking a skilled Boat Assembler to join our assembly team. You will read blueprints, fit hulls, decks, and components, and ensure precise tolerances using hand and power tools, while adhering to safety standards.

You'll collaborate with technicians, engineers, and designers to maintain workflow, solve issues, and document inspections. Prior experience is welcome; training is provided; this is a full-time onsite role with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1+ years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to read/hear, interpret and/or understand instructions given verbally or written and exchange accurate information with others.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to assemble boats.
• Ensure proper alignment and fitting of components using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
• Perform quality checks throughout the assembly process and address issues with the QA team.
• Adhere to safety protocols and report safety concerns promptly to supervisors.
• Collaborate with teammates, technicians, engineers, and designers to coordinate tasks and maintain workflow.
