Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• 2–3 years of boat building experience preferred.
• Fitting and installing experience.
• Working knowledge of hand tools.
• Ability to lift heavy objects.
• Ability to multi-task and read prints.
• Ability to interpret production schedules.
• Knowledge of hazardous chemical handling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install cabinets, floors, cockpits, benches and other components.
• Install front-of-line interior work with emphasis on final finish elements and cosmetic aspects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Follow safety rules and wear PPE.
• Read and understand prints and schedules.
