Qualifications

• 3+ years yacht brokerage or marine industry experience.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple listings, clients, and transactions.
• Licensed yacht broker (or ability to obtain a license).

Responsibilities

• Represent DWY in listing, marketing, and sale of brokerage yachts.
• Represent new boat brands at shows, events, and private presentations.
• Foster relationships with clients and industry partners beyond the transaction.
• Guide clients through purchase and sale processes with professionalism.
• Market yachts using photography, video, and digital content.
• Keep CRM (HubSpot) up to date to manage leads and opportunities.
• Actively network, prospect, and generate new opportunities.
• Contribute to company marketing efforts, including articles and social media.
• Travel as needed for showings, sea trials, surveys, and client events.
