Lloyd Jones LLC is launching a full-service yacht brokerage and charter company in Florida and seeks experienced Yacht Brokers. This role involves prospecting buyers and sellers, conducting yacht showings, and managing the full sales cycle.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in the marine industry, with strong sales skills and a solid network in the yachting community. Competitive compensation package includes base salary, performance bonus, and commission.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of marine industry or yacht brokerage experience.
• Established network of client contacts within the yachting community.
• Demonstrated ability to attract listings and grow a book of business.

Responsabilités

• Prospect and develop relationships with buyers, sellers, and industry contacts.
• Acquire new listings through networking, referrals, and marina connections.
• Conduct yacht showings and present each vessel professionally.
• Negotiate terms and pricing between buyers and sellers.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial inquiry through closing.
