An established industry player is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to drive sales in the automotive sector. This is a remote opportunity supporting Kansas, Iowa, Missouri, Arkansas, and northern Kansas. The candidate must reside in this region and be willing to travel extensively (70% or more).
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 6 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combinations; valid driver’s license required.
Preferred Qualifications: Industry-specific software knowledge, automotive dealership experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to travel up to 75%.
Annual salary ranges from $76,600 to $114,800, plus an incentive target of $85,000. Benefits include generous paid time off, holidays, wellness hours, and more.
