Job summary

Ripple is seeking a Senior Ecosystem Growth Manager to expand the XRPL ecosystem by building a high‑quality pipeline of startups and founders. You’ll collaborate with VCs, accelerators, corporates to accelerate real-world adoption of Ripple’s crypto solutions.

You’ll define ecosystem strategy, architect partnerships, and close deals across cross‑border payments, stablecoins, FX, lending, and institutional use cases, with a strong autonomous work style and global backing.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in business development, strategic partnerships, corporate strategy, or venture capital in enterprise fintech/payments/treasury tech.

Responsibilities

• Source and build the ecosystem with VCs, accelerators, corporates and strategic partners.
• Own a portfolio of tier-one relationships (VCs, LPs, corporates, accelerators) and drive introductions across founders, investors and partners.
• Map end-to-end value chains across focus pillars to accelerate real-world adoption.
• Connect founders, investors and partners to unlock growth.
• Own deals end-to-end from initial conversation to signed grant/partnership/investment.
