How you'll make an impact in this role
- Position patients and select anatomic and technical parameters accurately.
- Maintain inventory of supplies, clean linens, and other materials. Notify appropriate personnel to order/stock items as needed.
- Maintain accurate records, logs, and reports as required by the department.
- Provide education and instruction to patients regarding their procedure.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
What minimum qualifications you'll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
