Vortex XR Lab is seeking an XR Technical Developer & AI Intern to drive the technical implementation of interactive spatial experiences and AI integration. You will focus on real‑time engine software engineering, lab operations, and asset optimization with 3D workflows.

Responsibilities include developing XR logic in Unity or Unreal, prototyping AI features, managing Git versioning, hardware setup, and assisting with daily lab activities and asset import pipelines.

Qualificações

• Pursuing or recently completed Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a technology field.
• Strong understanding of real‑time 3D development workflows with Unity and/or Unreal.
• Familiar with Visual Studio, Git/GitHub, and spatial SDKs like OpenXR.
• Basic AI/ML concepts and scripting in Python are desirable.
• Knowledge of 3D pipelines and asset import from Blender/Maya/3ds Max.

Responsabilidades

• Develop interactive XR logic and spatial interactions using Unity or Unreal.
• Prototype AI features and API integrations within XR applications.
• Manage Git version control and build deployments to XR devices.
• Assist in lab operations, scheduling, and equipment maintenance.
• Set up and troubleshoot XR hardware, LED screens, and 360‑video gear.
• Provide technical support and guidance to lab users.
• Optimize 3D models/textures for real‑time engines and import pipelines.
• Contribute to initial visual prototyping and creative XR brainstorming.
