Job summary

Qualcomm Innovation Center, Inc. is seeking a Solutions Architect to join our XR Customer Engineering group.

You will design and support partner demonstrations and pilots, collaborating with XR engineering, product teams, and ecosystem partners to architect end-to-end XR solutions for AR/VR use cases. You will work on pre-commercial XR headset software, requiring strong knowledge of C/C++, Unity/Unreal, Android, and rendering pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of software applications engineering or related
• Proficiency in C/C++, Java or Python with debugging experience
• Experience with XR SDKs (Unity, Unreal, Oculus, Vive, etc.) and Android OS knowledge
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving skills
• Ability to own and deliver assignments in distributed teams

Responsibilities

• Design and support partner demonstrations and proof-of-concept deployments
• Architect XR solutions end-to-end meeting project requirements
• Liaise between XR engineering and ecosystem partner teams
• Design, build, test and support XR solutions across platforms
