Intel Corporation in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Sort Probe Card Module Engineer for the NM DS PCM team. You will monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize XIU metrology equipment to support high-volume semiconductor production, with a focus on safety, quality, and process control.

The role requires collaboration with TD and cross-functional teams, development of metrology recipes for NPIs, and hands-on leadership in equipment maintenance and process improvements across ongoing factory ramps.

Qualifications

• Experience with statistical process control methodologies and engineering analysis tools.
• Proficiency in model-based problem-solving and root-cause analysis methodologies (MBPS, DOE, FMEA).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to influence peers and managers.

Responsabilités

• Own and optimize XIU and metrology equipment performance with advanced troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
• Drive PCM-related improvements in safety, quality, equipment availability, yield, and cost.
• Develop and optimize XIU metrology recipes for NPIs and production processes.
• Collaborate with TD teams to transfer and optimize new processes and probe technologies.
• Provide training and mentorship to technicians and oversee equipment installation during ramps.
