Qualifications

• Must possess a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in mechanical, electrical, chemical engineering, materials science, physics, or related field.
• 4+ years directly managing engineers in high-volume semiconductor equipment or processes.
• Experience solving complex technical challenges and leading teams in a high-volume semiconductor environment.
• Preferred: 5+ years managing engineers in semiconductor equipment and/or processes.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and manage a technical module engineering team to improve safety, quality, output, cost, yield, and productivity.
• Provide clear engineering priorities and drive tool sustaining, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
• Oversee technology transfer of new product tech into the factory, ensuring robust hardware for high-volume manufacturing.
• Collaborate with other module engineering, quality, and shift teams to solve process, equipment, and material issues.
• Partner with global Intel sites to share learnings and maintain Copy Exactly compliance.
• Develop long-term module capability and capital equipment roadmaps aligned with future tech needs.
