Job summary

• Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, and warehouses.
• Provide documentation to customs brokers and follow up on customs clearance.
• Process customer orders and confirm product specifications, quantities, packaging requirements, and delivery schedules.
• Follow up with suppliers and production teams to ensure orders are ready on time.
• Track shipments and keep the sales team and customers informed of delivery status.
• Resolve order discrepancies, shipping delays, missing documents, and delivery issues.
• Maintain accurate order and shipping records, review freight invoices, and assist with payment follow-up.
