Job summary

Comcast in-store role supporting the store team to deliver a best-in-class experience for customers. You will welcome customers, demonstrate Xfinity services, and assist with account setup and post-sales support while driving store operations and inventory management.

You will work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, handling transactions and helping customers understand how to use their devices.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED acceptable.
• 0–2 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Support front- and back-of-store operations as a go-to resource for technology and services.
• Greet customers and connect sales opportunities with a sales consultant when appropriate.
• Demonstrate Xfinity services and technology to new customers, ensuring they understand basics of Xfinity services.
• Perform non-sales customer service transactions including equipment returns, swaps, and in-store pick-up for online orders.
• Serve as an in-store expert for Xfinity Mobile support, providing post-sales support for device data transfers and phone number ports.
• Assist onboarding of Xfinity Mobile customers, helping with account setup, data transfer, device education, and account-setup errors.
• Support inventory and merchandising: inspect back-of-store for cleanliness and proper placement, assist with receiving and stocking inventory, conduct weekly cycle counts, and identify process improvements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting enhancements to store processes and customer experience.
• Adapt quickly to store management priorities and directions while maintaining professionalism and integrity.
• Carry and lift items up to 25‑pound boxes; stand and move throughout the store continuously.
• Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; work nights and weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as needed.
