RDG Filings is seeking an XBRL Accountant in Salem, VA to create and maintain XBRL-formatted documents for SEC filings and to uphold GAAP knowledge in corporate financial reporting.

The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work under deadlines, and excellent communication skills to serve clients with confidentiality and professionalism. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Two- or four-year degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Understanding of GAAP and corporate financial statements.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain XBRL-formatted documents for SEC filings.
• Maintain knowledge of XBRL best practices and EDGAR filings.
• Provide prompt, accurate service to clients while preserving confidentiality.
• Identify and resolve client concerns or complaints.
• Represent RDG Filings in a courteous and professional manner.
