Job summary

RDG Filings is seeking an XBRL Accountant to create and maintain XBRL-formatted documents for corporate SEC filings. You will apply U.S. GAAP concepts and develop expertise in XBRL tagging, QA, and EDGAR filings while delivering accurate service to clients.

The role requires a two- or four-year accounting/finance degree or relevant experience, with strong communication and teamwork skills. Training is provided, and a hybrid work schedule is available after proficiency demonstrated.

Qualifications

• Must have fundamental and intermediate accounting knowledge focused on GAAP.
• Degree in accounting/finance or equivalent experience with ability to learn quickly.
• Proficient with MS Word/Excel/Outlook and strong written communication.

The XBRL Accountant serves as an accounting technical expert for our clients to analyze financial documents and apply US-GAAP financial concepts, with the ability to grow into a long-term career within SEC financial reporting industry.Previous experience in XBRL not required.
