Job summary

PetIQ is seeking a hands-on X3 Specialist to manage packaging and WIP materials across all finished goods work orders. The role ensures accurate ERP records, proper pallet labeling, and timely material availability for production lines.

You will operate the X3 ERP system and scan gun, verify counts, and collaborate with the inventory and production teams to maintain seamless packaging operations and inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be self-motivated with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork to support packaging operations.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal directions in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage packaging materials and WIP for finished goods work orders.
• Print pick tickets and coordinate with inventory for material readiness.
• Verify counts on pallets against ERP records and pallet labels.
• Issue packaging materials against WOs using scan gun/ERP.
• Reintegrate materials into inventory after WO completion and print pallet labels.
• Investigate variances and document all information for reference.
• Maintain safety, hygiene, and adherence to schedule hours.
