Job summary

JobRx, Inc. is seeking a Packaging Operator III to serve as an advanced operator and SME within Packaging Operations. You will perform complex packaging tasks, provide technical guidance, support equipment troubleshooting and process improvements to drive production efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–9 months as Packaging Operator II or equivalent advanced packaging experience.
• High School Diploma or GED; technical, vocational, or manufacturing certifications preferred.
• Knowledge of FDA, cGMP, GDP and pharmaceutical packaging requirements.
• Expert understanding of packaging equipment, processes and documentation.
• Strong SAP inventory and production systems knowledge.
• Ability to mentor and develop less experienced operators.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Independent work capability with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Operate three packaging lines or two lines plus CIP qualification.
• Lead troubleshooting for packaging equipment and processes.
• Support line changeovers, startup activities, and production readiness reviews.
• Assist with SOP reviews, revisions, and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, cGMP, GDP and safety requirements.
• Provide technical guidance to Packaging Operator I/II and other team members.
