Job summary

The role requires ARRT registration and MD licensure, with preferable hospital or clinical experience. Responsibilities include patient safety, equipment operation, and participation in training and center operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• ARRT registration/licensure to practice as Radiologic Technologist required.
• MD Board licensed Radiographer preferred or required by Maryland regulations.

Responsibilities

• Obtain quality X-rays with correct positioning and exposure.
• Follow safety procedures to minimize radiation exposure for patients and staff.
• Document X-ray copies; label sleeves correctly per Patient First guidelines.
• Understand and operate X-ray processing equipment and related systems.
• Maintain X-ray paperwork and daily logs; manage listings and status screens.
• Ensure patient safety when moving or assisting with wheelchairs and equipment.
• Clean and maintain X-ray areas; comply with OSHA guidelines.
• Receive, restock, and organize supplies for the X-ray and treatment areas.
• Attend training and staff meetings as scheduled; be available as needed.
