Patient First is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic x-ray imaging with proper positioning and exposure. The role emphasizes adherence to radiation safety protocols and precise documentation within a busy clinical setting.

The ideal candidate will be ARRT registered or a graduate of an approved Limited Radiologic Technologist program, with strong communication skills and the ability to multitask while assisting physicians and nurses in patient care.

Qualifications

• ARRT registration or approved Limited Radiologic Technologist program.
• Ability to communicate and multitask effectively in a clinical setting.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Obtain quality x-rays with correct positioning and exposure.
• Implement safety procedures to minimize radiation exposure for patients and staff.
• Assist Physicians, Extenders, and Nurses with patient treatment and care.
• Document and file x-ray paperwork accurately.
• Supervise externs and Radiologic Technologist Assistants during exams.
• Maintain cleanliness and restock x-ray supplies as needed.
