Job summary

UW Health Swedish American Hospital in Rockford, IL is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to join our radiology team. The position involves 100% FTE with rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and requires ARRT radiology certification, an active IEMA license, and CPR certification within three months of hire.

Work Schedule:

100% FTE, Monday-Friday 2 x 12s and 2 x 8s. 730am-8:00pm and 7:30am-4:00p. Every 3rd Weekend 730a-8p. Rotating call and holiday hours.

You will work at UW Health Swedish American Hospital 1401 E State St.

Additional components of compensation may include:

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited radiologic technology program, a recognized military radiologic technologist training program, or possess two years of related clinical experience in a military setting. Required

Work Experience

• Experience as a hospital radiographer. Preferred
• Previous healthcare experience (clinical training during Rad Tech program will count as experience). Required
• Two years of clinical experience. Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

• Certification by ARRT in Radiology. Required
• Current license from IEMA (Illinois Emergency Management Agency). Required
• Basic Life Support/CPR Certification required within three (3) months of hire. Required
