Job summary

UW Health SwedishAmerican Hospital is seeking a qualified patient care professional (CNA/EMT) to join our team at 1401 E State St in Rockford, IL. You will work 100% FTE with a 2:00pm-10:30pm schedule, every third weekend 8:00am-4:30pm, and rotating holidays, with overtime and on-call pay potential.

The role requires completion of CNA/EMT or related training and a high school diploma or equivalent. Basic Life Support/CPR certification is required as part of our safety standards.

Qualifications

• Completed CNA or EMT Certification or successful completion of fundamentals of patient care nursing course or completion of clinical experience in a radiography program. Required
• Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required
