Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations, including HIPAA.
• Prepare exam and treatment rooms for patient intake.
• Perform nursing duties such as measuring vital signs, drawing blood, administering injections, and clinical tasks.
• Monitor and report patient conditions, including adverse reactions.
• Operate X-Ray equipment to produce diagnostic images, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Maintain imaging equipment and supplies.
• Assist patients via Virtual Medicine providers.
• Accurately complete and forward patient charts daily.
• Adhere to company core values: teamwork, communication, empowerment, quality care, friendliness.
• Maintain positive relations with clients and colleagues.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Additional Requirements for Centers of Excellence:

• Complete preceptor training for onboarding and training new hires.
• Engage with Learning and Development for onboarding and training.
• Welcome new employees, conduct tours, and overview clinic processes.
• Establish training plans and review schedules with new hires.
• Submit weekly trainee evaluations and final assessments.

Experience & Education:

• At least 1 year of experience as an X-Ray Technologist, preferably in a clinic or Urgent Care setting.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Indiana residents: Must hold a State License and ARRT certification.

Licensing: Full Scope X-Ray Technologist State License.
