Responsibilities

Clinical Techs provide essential clinical and administrative support under supervision, ensuring effective patient care, compassionate service, and accurate communication. Responsibilities include:

• Fulfilling all Patient Care Specialist responsibilities.
• Maintaining friendly relations with staff and patients.
• Supporting clinical operations, adhering to policies, and complying with regulations like HIPAA.
• Preparing exam rooms, triaging patients, assisting with lab testing, and supporting providers.
• Managing supplies, assisting with virtual medicine, and ensuring accurate patient documentation.
• Performing DOT, BAT, and drug screenings, and maintaining a clean work environment.

Secondary Responsibilities

• Handling clerical tasks such as patient check-in, insurance verification, and communication.

Support for Telehealth

• Preparing patient charts via virtual communication.
• Assisting with follow-ups, scheduling, and clinical calls.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR license.
• Experience as a Medical Assistant, EMT, or Paramedic preferred.
• Certification as a Medical Assistant, EMT, or Paramedic strongly preferred.

Additional Requirements

• TB and IV certifications within 60 days of employment.
• Active, verifiable license in good standing.
