Responsibilities

Below is an overview of the role; detailed job responsibilities will be discussed during interviews.

• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, including HIPAA and health information management standards.
• Prepare exam and treatment rooms for patient intake.
• Perform nursing duties such as measuring vital signs, drawing blood, administering injections, and other clinical tasks.
• Monitor patients, document changes, and respond to adverse reactions or other issues.
• Operate X-Ray equipment to produce diagnostic images.
• Explain procedures to patients and ensure their safety and comfort during scans.
• Maintain proper functioning of imaging equipment.
• Prepare and maintain supplies and equipment.
• Assist patients with virtual medicine providers as needed.
• Accurately complete and file patient charts promptly.
• Adhere to the company's core values of teamwork, communication, empowerment, quality of care, and friendliness.
• Maintain positive relations with clients and colleagues to foster a supportive work environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Additional Requirements for Centers of Excellence

- Complete preceptor training for onboarding and training new hires.
- Engage with Learning and Development for onboarding processes.
- Welcome and orient new employees, including facility tours and process overviews.
- Collaborate on training plans and schedules.
- Submit weekly evaluations of trainees.
- Complete final assessments and training documentation.

Experience and Education Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an X-Ray Technologist, preferably in a clinic or urgent care setting.
• For Indiana residents: Possession of a State License and proof of ARRT certification is required.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
License: Full Scope X-Ray Technologist License.
