Responsibilities:
The role includes, but is not limited to:

  • Ensuring compliance with Federal and State regulations, including HIPAA.
  • Preparing exam and treatment rooms.
  • Performing nursing duties such as measuring vital signs, drawing blood, administering injections, and other clinical tasks.
  • Monitoring patients, charting, and reporting changes or adverse reactions.
  • Operating X-Ray equipment to produce diagnostic images.
  • Explaining procedures and ensuring patient safety and comfort.
  • Maintaining imaging equipment.
  • Preparing supplies and assisting with virtual medicine consultations.
  • Completing and forwarding patient charts promptly.
  • Upholding the company's core values of teamwork, communication, empowerment, quality of care, and friendliness.
  • Maintaining positive relations with clients and colleagues.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Additional Requirements for Centers of Excellence:
Includes onboarding and training responsibilities, evaluations, and training plan management for new hires.

Experience & Education:
  • At least 1 year of experience as an X-Ray Technologist, preferably in a clinic or urgent care setting.
  • Indiana residents must have a State License and ARRT License.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
