Job summary

AtlantiCare is seeking a full-time X-Ray Technologist in New Jersey to perform diagnostic imaging with supervision as directed by physicians. You will operate X-ray equipment, ensure patient safety, and maintain supplies while supporting student education where applicable.

The ideal candidate is ARRT(R) certified, NJ licensed, with BLS and at least 1 year of diagnostic imaging experience. Expect a fast-paced hospital environment with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited radiologic technologist program.
• 1 year diagnostic testing experience preferred.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers required.
• Licensed by the State of New Jersey and ARRT(R) and in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging tests per department procedures.
• Operate X-ray equipment and peripheral devices safely and efficiently.
• Manage patient during procedures to meet care standards.
• Report equipment issues to appropriate staff.
• Support student clinical education where applicable.
