Responsibilities

The role includes, but is not limited to:

• Maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations, including HIPAA.
• Preparing exam and treatment rooms for patient intake.
• Performing nursing duties such as measuring vital signs, drawing blood, administering injections, and clinical tasks.
• Monitoring patients, charting, and reporting changes or adverse reactions.
• Operating X-Ray equipment to produce diagnostic images.
• Explaining procedures and ensuring patient safety and comfort during scans.
• Maintaining imaging equipment and supplies.
• Assisting patients using Virtual Medicine Providers.
• Ensuring accurate and timely completion of patient charts.
• Upholding company core values and maintaining positive relations with clients and staff.
• Performing additional duties as assigned.

Additional Requirements for Centers of Excellence

• Completing preceptor training and onboarding new hires.
• Managing onboarding and training schedules.
• Engaging with learning and development teams for training assessments and evaluations.

Experience and Education

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an X-Ray Technologist, preferably in a clinical or urgent care setting.
• For Indiana residents: Must hold a State License and ARRT License.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Licenses

• Limited Scope X-Ray Technologist License
• ARRT Certification
