Qualifications

  • 1+ year experience as an X-Ray Technologist in a clinic or urgent care.
  • Must hold Limited Scope X-Ray Technologist License and ARRT certification.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain compliance with Federal and State regulations, including HIPAA.
  • Prepare exam and treatment rooms for patient intake.
  • Perform nursing duties such as measuring vital signs, drawing blood, giving injections, and other clinical tasks.
  • Observe and chart patient conditions, report changes, and take necessary actions.
  • Operate X-Ray equipment to produce diagnostic images.
  • Explain procedures and ensure patient safety and comfort during scans.
  • Ensure imaging equipment is properly maintained.
  • Prepare and maintain supplies and equipment.
  • Assist patients utilizing Virtual Medicine Providers.
  • Complete and forward patient charts accurately and timely.
  • Adhere to core values: teamwork, communication, empowerment, quality care, friendliness.
  • Maintain positive relations with clients and staff, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Additional Requirements for Centers of Excellence
  • Complete preceptor training for onboarding and training new hires.
  • Engage with Learning and Development for onboarding and training.
  • Welcome and orient new employees.
  • Establish training plans and review schedules.
  • Submit evaluations on trainee progress.
  • Complete final evaluation and Proof of Proficiency.
Experience and Education Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience as an X-Ray Technologist, preferably in a clinic or Urgent Care setting.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Indiana residents: State License and ARRT proof required.
Licenses and Compliance
  • Limited Scope X-Ray Technologist License, ARRT certification, and full scope license required.
