Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations, including HIPAA.
• Prepare exam and treatment rooms for patient intake.
• Perform nursing duties such as measuring vital signs, drawing blood, administering injections, and clinical tasks.
• Monitor patients, document changes, and respond to adverse reactions.
• Operate or supervise X-Ray equipment to produce diagnostic images.
• Explain procedures and ensure patient safety and comfort during scans.
• Maintain imaging equipment.
• Prepare and maintain supplies and equipment.
• Assist patients utilizing Virtual Medicine Providers.
• Accurately complete and forward patient charts daily.
• Adhere to company core values: teamwork, communication, empowerment, quality of care, friendliness.
• Maintain positive relations with clients and colleagues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Additional Requirements for Centers of Excellence

• Complete preceptor training for onboarding and training new hires.
• Engage with Learning and Development for onboarding and training.
• Welcome and orient new employees, conduct facility tours, and review processes.
• Establish training plans and schedules with new hires.
• Submit weekly evaluations of trainees' progress.
• Complete final evaluations and submit Proof of Proficiency forms.

Experience & Education

• At least 1 year of experience as an X-Ray Technologist, preferably in a clinic or urgent care setting.
• For Indiana residents: a State License and ARRT License are required.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

License: Full Scope X-Ray Technologist State License.
