Job summary

Duly Health and Care in Naperville is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to operate imaging equipment and produce diagnostic X-rays under Radiologist direction. This is a full-time role (40 hours/week) with varied day shifts and rotating weekends, including some holidays as needed.

You will join a physician-led team delivering high-quality, coordinated care across primary and specialty services. ARRT registration or eligibility and CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

  • AA/2-year degree or equivalent required.
  • ARRT registration or eligibility required.
  • CPR certification required.
  • 6 months to 2 years related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Operate radiologic equipment to produce radiographs (x-rays) for diagnostic purposes as directed by Radiologist.
  • Position patient on examining table and adjust immobilization devices for optimum view.
  • Explain procedures to patient to reduce anxieties and obtain cooperation.
  • Move x-ray equipment into positions and set exposure factors.
  • Practice radiation protection techniques to minimize exposure to patient and staff.
  • Maintain crash cart and department inventory; report to lead technologist.

Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives.
