Job summary

CareNow, part of HCA Healthcare, seeks a Radiology Technologist to provide expert radiologic services and patient care across clinics. The role includes front desk support and ensuring quality care with a strong patient-focus. A sign-on bonus up to $3,000 is available for new hires.

The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited Radiologic Services program, ARRT-registered, with BLS and mandatory screenings within 30 days. State licensure may be required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Services.
• 1+ year of clinical experience in a patient care setting preferred.
• Registered Radiologic Technologist with ARRT certification; state licensure may be required.
• BLS certification within 30 days of start.
• Federal Breath Alcohol Screening Certification within 30 days of start.
• Federal Drug Screening Certification within 30 days of start.
• Within 30 days of employment or promotion, must obtain and maintain state license (if required).

Responsibilities

• Perform all x-ray views according to provider's orders and document patient records.
• Document patient records and perform in-house lab tests and processing for reference labs.
• Assist front desk duties: greet patients, check in/out, end-of-day procedures.
• Maintain, calibrate and inspect lab/x-ray equipment daily and perform quality controls.
• Maintain records and logs of in-house lab work, x-rays and external lab work.
• Coordinate with Center Manager and staff to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
• Follow infection control and hand hygiene policies.
