Job summary

CareNow is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to join our urgent care team. You will perform x-ray procedures, document patient records, and assist front desk duties while maintaining equipment and complying with safety standards.

The role requires ARRT certification, BLS, and state licensure where applicable, with potential shift variations across CareNow locations within the HCA Healthcare network.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Services.
• Registered Radiologic Technologist, ARRT Certification required.
• BLS certification within 30 days of start.
• Federal Breath Alcohol Screening Certification within 30 days of start.
• Federal Drug Screening Certification within 30 days of start.

Responsibilities

• Work with clinic staff to coordinate efforts and ensure high-quality care.
• Perform all x-ray views per provider orders and document patient records.
• Support front desk duties including patient check-in/out and records release.
• Maintain, calibrate and inspect lab/x-ray equipment daily and report artifacts.
• Maintain records and logs for in-house lab work and x-ray procedures.
• Work with Center Manager and staff to maintain smooth operations and patient satisfaction.
• Follow infection control and hand hygiene policies.
• May work alternate shifts or float to other clinic locations.
